I’m the owner of Harrington’s Gourmet Sandwiches.
My journey in the food industry began after school when I pursued catering, eventually leading me to own and manage restaurants and cafés in London, where I’m originally from.
After moving to Birmingham, I spent years running pubs and bars, but my passion for high-quality, handcrafted food never faded.
I decided to open Harrington’s to bring a taste of my London catering experience to Birmingham. I noticed a gap in the market for truly great deli-style sandwiches in the city centre and Southside, and I wanted to change that.
At Harrington’s, my goal is simple—to serve exceptional, fresh, and flavorful sandwiches that stand out.
